The Algoma District Services Administration Board is governed by these Acts which provide individuals with a right of access to records and personal information under the custody or control of Ontario government ministries and agencies. The Acts also have privacy protection provisions concerning the collection, use, disclosure, retention and disposal of personal information.
You have the right to request access to information, including personal information, subject to the limited exceptions of these Acts. You also have the right to ask us to correct a record if it is inaccurate.
