The Eligibility Estimator is a quick and easy way to find out if you might qualify for Ontario’s social assistance programs.

The estimator is intended as general guidance only. It provides an estimate of the amount of social assistance that you might receive based on the information you provide. The estimator does not ask for all of the information you would need to apply for Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program. It may not apply to everyone’s personal circumstances.

The estimator is not an application for Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Program. If you want to apply for social assistance, you still need to complete an application by contacting your local Ontario Works or Ontario Disability Support Program office.

It is only through this process that a decision can be made regarding eligibility for Ontario Works or the Ontario Disability Support Programs.

The Ontario Social Assistance Office Finder allows you to find the nearest social assistance office to your postal code.

If you want information and directions to a social assistance office that serves your area, just enter your postal code and select Search.

You will get information about your local Ontario Works and Ontario Disability Support Program office.
