CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT – TWO (2) FULL-TIME BILINGUAL (ENGLISH\/FRENCH) POSITIONS: (1) Elliot Lake Area Office; (1) Central Algoma Area Office (Thessalon)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking candidates for two full-time, bilingual Client Services Support (CSS) positions, one at our Elliot Lake Area Office and one at our Central Algoma (Thessalon) Area Office.\u00a0 Client Services Support (CSS) workers are the initial point of contact at our Social Services Area Offices, in a client-facing, busy reception and resource centre area.\u00a0 CSS’ greet and exchange information with clients and members of the public and assist with gathering and inputting data and scheduling application and case management appointments.\u00a0 CSS’ provide information on programs, services and community resources and refer clients and members of the public to the appropriate contacts.\u00a0 Our team of CSS’ hold an important role in our organization and strong service orientation, professionalism and communication skills are essential attributes for this position.\u00a0 These jobs require high school graduation, plus a minimum of six months’ post-secondary studies in a relevant field (e.g. social services, business administration), and bilingualism (English\/French) is a mandatory skill.\u00a0 Interested individuals may submit a resume and covering letter outlining their qualifications and suitability for this role to: hrdepartment@adsab.on.ca<\/a> The application deadline for these postings is Wednesday, July 15th, 2026.\u00a0 The hourly wage for this job ranges from $33.65\/hr to $35.93\/hr (2026 rates).<\/p>\n
