CLIENT SERVICES SUPPORT – TWO (2) FULL-TIME BILINGUAL (ENGLISH\/FRENCH) POSITIONS: (1) Elliot Lake Area Office; (1) Central Algoma Area Office (Thessalon)<\/strong><\/p>\n

We are seeking candidates for two full-time, bilingual Client Services Support (CSS) positions, one at our Elliot Lake Area Office and one at our Central Algoma (Thessalon) Area Office.\u00a0 Client Services Support (CSS) workers are the initial point of contact at our Social Services Area Offices, in a client-facing, busy reception and resource centre area.\u00a0 CSS’ greet and exchange information with clients and members of the public and assist with gathering and inputting data and scheduling application and case management appointments.\u00a0 CSS’ provide information on programs, services and community resources and refer clients and members of the public to the appropriate contacts.\u00a0 Our team of CSS’ hold an important role in our organization and strong service orientation, professionalism and communication skills are essential attributes for this position.\u00a0 These jobs require high school graduation, plus a minimum of six months’ post-secondary studies in a relevant field (e.g. social services, business administration), and bilingualism (English\/French) is a mandatory skill.\u00a0 Interested individuals may submit a resume and covering letter outlining their qualifications and suitability for this role to: hrdepartment@adsab.on.ca<\/a> The application deadline for these postings is Friday, August 14th, 2026.\u00a0 The hourly wage for this job ranges from $33.65\/hr to $35.93\/hr (2026 rates).<\/p>\n

We are seeking candidates for two full-time Client Services Worker (CSW) positions at our Central Algoma (Thessalon) Area Office.\u00a0 Bilingualism (English\/French) is mandatory for one of these positions.\u00a0 Client Services Workers (CSWs) determine both initial and ongoing eligibility for social services programs and apply an integrated approach to assessing and managing the needs of social services clients through the coordination of both internal and external programs and services.\u00a0 CSWs work collaboratively with community partners and stakeholders, as well as internal program staff, and are part of a team environment where coverage for co-workers, information-sharing and mutual support are essential.\u00a0 Discretion, service orientation and the ability to balance a person and solutions-focused helping approach are essential attributes for this role.\u00a0 These jobs require two years’ post-secondary studies in a relevant field (e.g. Social Services Worker).\u00a0 Bilingualism (English\/French) is always a strong asset for this job, and for one of these current vacancies, is considered a mandatory skill.\u00a0 Interested individuals may submit a resume and covering letter outlining their qualifications and suitability for this role to: hrdepartment@adsab.on.ca<\/a> The application deadline for these postings is Friday, August 14th, 2026.\u00a0 The hourly wage for this job ranges from $43.09\/hr to $46.70\/hr (2026 rates).<\/p>\n
