Housing Opportunity \u2013 44 Third Avenue, Wawa, Ontario"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>The Algoma District Services Administration Board is accepting applications for affordable rental housing located at 44 Third Avenue, Wawa, Ontario.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The newly acquired property offers six (6) units at affordable rents set at no more than 80% of CMHC Average Market Rent (AMR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Units are available as early as June 1<sup>st<\/sup>, 2026.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application and Selection Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As this is a newly acquired property, there is no existing waitlist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All eligible applicants who apply by the deadline will be entered into a random draw.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants selected through the draw will be offered available units, and the remaining applicants will be placed on a waitlist in the order drawn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application Deadline<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Completed applications must be received by:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday, April 30<sup>th<\/sup>, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Applications received after this deadline will not be included in the draw but may be added to
