The Algoma District Services Administration Board is accepting applications for affordable rental housing located at 44 Third Avenue, Wawa, Ontario.

The newly acquired property offers six (6) units at affordable rents set at no more than 80% of CMHC Average Market Rent (AMR).

Units are available as early as June 1^st, 2026.

Application and Selection Process

As this is a newly acquired property, there is no existing waitlist.

All eligible applicants who apply by the deadline will be entered into a random draw.

Applicants selected through the draw will be offered available units, and the remaining applicants will be placed on a waitlist in the order drawn.

Applications received after this deadline will not be included in the draw but may be added to the waitlist after the draw in the order received.
