Cost Based Funding
Costbased funding under the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) system determines how much licensed childcare operators receive to support reduced parent fees and maintain program viability.
The ADSAB is required to track specific data related to cost based funding and report required information back to the Ministry of Education on an ongoing basis.
